What Data We Collect

When you use our ROI calculator or quiz, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Team size
  • Average deal size
  • Close rate
  • Free-text questions you type into the chatbot

When you book a call via our embedded TidyCal calendar, TidyCal collects the information you provide directly. Their privacy policy governs that data.

How We Use Your Data

  • To calculate and display your personalised ROI projection
  • To send you your custom breakdown via email
  • To log your lead information for follow-up
  • To answer your questions via our AI-powered chatbot
  • To improve our service and website experience

Third-Party Services

We share your data with the following third-party services:

  • Google Sheets — We log quiz submissions and lead data to Google Sheets for internal tracking.
  • Resend — We use Resend to send email notifications and your custom ROI breakdown.
  • Anthropic (Claude API)— Your free-text questions are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate chatbot responses. Anthropic does not use API inputs for model training.
  • TidyCal — Our booking calendar is embedded from TidyCal. When you book a call, TidyCal processes your information under their own privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, and interaction events. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are based in the UK or European Economic Area, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Consent — When you submit your information through our quiz or contact form, you consent to our processing of that data for the purposes described above.
